Mr. Avtar Monga has been associated with the Financial and Banking industry for almost 38 years and has worked with some of the best Indian and Global enterprises in leadership positions. Mr. Monga served as the COO at IDFC First Bank where he led the bank launch and established IDFC Bank as a new-age technology led innovative bank. Apart from being COO he was also head of Retail Bank. He also worked as the Managing Director at Bank of America and as the CEO at GE SBI Joint Venture and TFS businesses. He is Passionate about building leadership, and mentors several successful industry leaders and provides advice to upcoming global and local start-ups.
Shivendra has 20 years of industy experience in management consulting global technology deployment, Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Health care and Gaming, An early enterprenuer of the dotocm 1.0 wave, He was part of the core team management project in the initial launch of jio. he started his initial career in TAS and also worked with Accenture to implement SAP for an internation multichannel E-commerce environment.passionate about solving problems for Saas and D2C startups, he currently represents IAB tech labs a non profit association for APAC.
